Dear colleagues,

You've been identified as having registered to use CellOPark to park at the University of Sydney with your UniKey in the last three years. If you no longer park at the University you may disregard this message. 

The University’s parking provider, CellOPark, is rebranding to OPark from 25 December 2024. To continue parking on campus, you will need to download the new OPark app to your device and log in to have your account migrated automatically.

What's changing

  • From 25 December 2024, all parking sessions at University campuses will be via OPark.
  • If you have an account registered with CellOPark you will not need to re-register your account in OPark – CellOPark users at the University of Sydney will be automatically migrated. To enhance security, you will be prompted to set a new password the first time you log in to OPark.
  • Parking sessions can be started from the OPark app, from the OPark website (https://opark.com.au) or by using their call-to-park service on 02 5300 1012.
  • Motorcycles, mopeds and scooters will no longer require a parking session through OPark.

How to get ready

  • Download the OPark App from either Google Play or the Apple Store.
  • Open the OPark app and follow the instructions to set a new password. Once logged in – make sure all your details are correct, including your vehicle and payment details.
  • Continue to use CellOPark until OPark is live from Wednesday 25 December 2024.

Other features

OPark will give users the ability to: 

  • Start and stop parking sessions on demand, as well as set a pre-defined time.
  • Have multiple affiliations (i.e. someone who is a staff member or student at more than one institution).
  • Pay for a single transaction (i.e. ad-hoc), not just monthly.
  • Set reminders to start your session with "iArrived", a premium service feature.

Please note

If you are using a non-Australian Google Play or App store and cannot see the OPark app, contact OPark at support@park.com.au or call 02 5300 1012. Meanwhile, you can use the website (www.opark.com.au) using your same login or use the call-to-park service on 02 5300 1012.

You will still be able to access your parking transaction history in the CellOPark app.
