For those finishing their studies this year, congratulations! We look forward to helping you celebrate your graduation in 2025.

Continuing your studies next year? You'll be able to log into Sydney Student and select your units from 25 November 2024. After Semester 2 results are released on 11 December, you'll still need to re-enrol to confirm your units and complete enrolment.

Campus Access Policy review closing 30 November

The University adopted the new Campus Access Policy (PDF, 240 MB) in July this year to provide clearer information about expectations and requirements of conduct on campus.

As part of its implementation, we are running an additional review of the policy before the end of the year to assess its effectiveness and encourage you to share your views.

We want to know if you think the provisions of the policy are appropriate. Are amendments or more guidance needed? Have you identified problems in its implementation? Please let us know.

If you want to make a submission, you will need to do so by 30 November using the Campus Access Policy Feedback form. All submissions will be carefully considered, with a view to having any necessary amendments in place for Semester 1 2025.

Complete the Consent Matters module to access your results at the end of semester 

We're committed to ensuring you understand sexual consent and what respectful relationships look like.  You are required to complete our Consent Matters module on Canvas in the year you commence.  If you have not yet completed the module, you will not be able to access your results at the end of semester unless you have received an exemption.

Look forward to new vending machines on campus in 2025

From the end of November, existing vending machines on campus will be removed to make way for new machines to be installed ahead of Semester 1 next year. The new machines will feature a more diverse and affordable range of food and drink options.

Last month, INCUBATE’s Accelerator cohort pitched their innovative startups to a jam-packed house at The Refectory for Class 20 Demo Day. From initiatives aimed at saving local bookstores to rescuing short-dated pantry items, Demo Day celebrated the achievements of Class 20 and placed a spotlight on the ingenuity and ambition of our entrepreneurial University community.
